What is the difference between General Liability & Workers' Comp Insurance?
General liability covers any damage done to your property or our employee belongings. Workers' Comp covers our employees if they are injured on your property during working hours.
How long have you been in business?
This year, 2008, marks our 4th year in business.
Do you price by the hour or the job?
Service calls will be priced at an hourly rate plus the cost of materials.
All other jobs will be bid on a per job basis.
How can we solicit work from Seminetta's Handyman Service?
Our sales rep will be delighted to meet with you and discuss your project(s). After an initial consultation, we will submit a proposal by fax, email or regular mail based on your preference to be signed and returned with your deposit (if required). We will contact you before starting any work at your premises.
How do we bill for our services?
All invoices are to be paid immediately upon receipt when a job is
completed and the customer is satisifed with our work.
Do you have references?
Yes, references are available upon request.
